Complete Staircase Renovation

A stair renovation completed in Wake County, North Carolina.

The Project

The customer wanted carpet removed from the upstairs hallway and staircase, new pickets and banisters, and prefinished hardwood installed to match the existing flooring downstairs. Because the original stair treads were not oak, they were replaced with new oak treads. New risers, pickets, and banisters completed the renovation.

The finished hallway and staircase created a brighter, more cohesive look while adding durable hardwood surfaces designed for decades of use.
